For the Farmer

A plataforma de milho deixa grão no chão. Existe solução — e você pode exigi-la.

HarvLabs does not sell directly to the farmer. But you have more influence than you think over what comes installed on your next header.

The problem

The grain left on the ground doesn't come back. But it is possible to prevent it from staying there.

According to Embrapa, the Brazilian average harvest loss is 2 or more bags per hectare — twice the acceptable limit of 1.5 bags/ha. And a large part of these losses happen at the cutting header.

Uneven ground

The terrain is never perfectly flat. The header needs to follow ground variations in real time to avoid losing grain.

Poor height adjustment

When the header is too high, ears close to the ground are left behind. When too low, it wears the machine and increases the risk of blockage.

Constant manual correction

The operator cannot react fast enough for each terrain variation. Manual correction is slow and imprecise — especially at high speed.

The solution

Automatic height control — without depending on the operator.

HarvLabs technology uses Hall-effect sensors to read ground variation in real time and automatically adjust the header height — in fractions of a second, without operator intervention.

01

Less grain on the ground

The header follows the terrain continuously, reducing losses from poor height adjustment.

02

More relaxed operator

With automatic adjustment, the operator can focus on driving the machine without worrying about constant height regulation.

03

No internet, no dependency

The system operates completely autonomously in the field, without the need for an internet connection.

04

Compatible with your machine

The system was designed for multi-brand adaptation — compatible with the main harvesters on the market.

How to get this technology

How to get this technology.

Our technology is supplied to header and harvester manufacturers. But you, the farmer, play an important role in this story.

1

Learn about the technology

Understand how automatic height control works and what it can do for your operation.

2

Request from the manufacturer

When buying or renewing your header or harvester, ask if the manufacturer offers HarvLabs technology.

3
